As a team of ‘foodies’ we are very particular about the food we serve, which is why we use fresh ingredients and make sure that everything on our menu is made from scratch. In fact, the vast majority of our fresh ingredients come from right here in Staffordshire.
Head chef Richard Clairmonte joined our team 18 months ago, formally Executive head chef at Jenkinson Caterers in Stafford. Richard brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our company. He prides himself on attention to detail, quality produce and perfection in the food he provides and serves.
He brings a positive drive to our family run company and hopes to inspire you as a customer to meet your individual requirements. Richard heads our enthusiastic kitchen team who are looking forward to working with you to create tempting bespoke menus for every occasion.
